We Saved Her $7K!
I have a crawlspace, and as crawlspaces go, a pretty darn nice one! It's clean, already has a vapor barrier, has a high clearance, but all my cold air from my house was sinking into it! I was looking for insulation, not encapsulation as dampness is not an issue with my crawlspace. I called SEVERAL local contractors, only 2 responded. Thank God Crawlspace Ace answered AND completed the work just as I requested! One of their competitors wanted to just encapsulate my crawlspace, which still didn't assist with the cold air sinking down into my crawlspace (hey guys, it's simple science-hot air rises, cool air sinks).
