I Am Completely Satisfied

After careful inspection Anthony found that I needed a new support beam installed to reinforce the supporting wall that was off center. I myself had already concluded the beam was needed. I have inspected the work completed, and I am completely satisfied!

Communication Was Excellent

Lee and his crew kept me informed every day on what time they would be there and what they were doing, along with pics. From the initial consultation to the finish, the communication was excellent, and so was the work. If i ever need anything else done under the house, i'm calling the Crawlspace Ace!

They told you and showed you with pictures what you had and what is needed. They made a drawing showing where they were going to put pillars under the house. You Wont Regret It

I just bought a house and it turns out my inspection didn’t quite disclose all the issues I had. After I did some demo on the inside I realized I had major floor issues with rotted joist. Lee came out and did a thorough inspection and I needed many floor joist replaced. They were prompt and accomplished it all over a two day period making my floors supported and no longer sagging!
As I said. They are the greatest! They were really reasonable and neat! Call them. You won’t regret it!

I Was Shocked

Purchased a home and discovered some issues in the Crawlspace. I noticed that I had standing water and some structural issues. Called Crawlspace ace out to look over the issues. Lee came out same day and made an assessment on my Crawlspace with pictures, sat down and created a plan to correct problems. The crew that did the work was knowledgeable and worked in extremely tight areas. The products they installed was top quality and installed to recommended specs. I was shocked at the final work product and would highly recommend these guys to put you at ease with your space under you living area.
